Surveyors and Accountants sit in close proximity in our offices to ensure good information flow and knowledge which results in a co-ordinated service to our tenants and clients. So often these two essential property management elements are split between office locations resulting in a disjointed approach.

We have complete integration between the property and accounts database which allows for a flexible and bespoke approach to client reporting. Our arrears collection rates are high with good liaison between ourselves and retailers in respect of rental payments and requests for rent arrangements.

We are always looking at ways to make service charge savings whilst still delivering a high quality value for money service. This is achieved by regular tendering, budget monitoring and prompt audits.
