| Cliff
Jennings Cliff joined Plus Shops Ltd as Management Accountant in January 2006. His responsibilities include the production and maintenance of management accounts for the Financial Director and provision of information for both clients and centres. On a daily basis Cliff liaises with the staff at the centre’s to ensure information is recorded quickly and accurately on the head office systems. His varied duties include assisting in the preparation of management accounts for our clients, the processing of monies received from tenants, maintenance of arrears schedules, service charge expenditure, bank reconciliations and the raising of rent demands. After various roles within a property and financial environment he joined Milner Estates Plc in 1998 where he first worked with Nigel Gurkin in the Finance department. After “Milner” was acquired by Delancey Estates Plc less than two years later he went to work at Safestore Plc where, as Accounts Manager, he helped the business grow to become the UK’s No.1 storage company. Cliff has renewed his relationship with the team at Plus Shops and is giving his support and expertise to our expanding company. After getting married to Kirsten in Las Vegas and having a son the following year he spends his spare time practising his DIY skills on his 100 year old house. He has also been spotted attempting to play football and now settles for trying to turn his son into the next Geoff Hurst.
