The past? Well if you insist! We (David Houghton
and Stephen Jaffe) have spent over 23 years in the Shopping
Centre Management business honing our skills in the successful
formation, running and sale of specialised property companies
and our assets.
‘How can this be? You look
so young!’
Well we have bought and managed some 90 properties, including
27 Shopping Centres with annual billings of £55m from
700 tenants and have employed 180 staff. Size does matter and
big profits help pay for the face lifts...of the Centres that
is! This experience is now focused into our dedicated privately
owned Shopping Centre Management vehicle, Plus Shops Ltd. It’s
like our old company Speciality Shops Plc reincarnated…
but this time around without the quote! |
