Hart Shopping is located in Fleet Town Centre and provides over 18,000 sq. metres of retail space. Shopping is arranged on the ground floor in a horseshoe with the two main entrances linking into Fleet Road. At first floor level, there is a leisure facility and on the second there is a shoppers’ crèche.

The 520 space Car Park is accessed from Albert Street. Entry from the Car Park into Hart Shopping is at first and second levels.

The Centre opened in 1990, and is anchored by Waitrose, Woolworths and Fitness First. It is fully let and a further 46 tenants including Next, Boots, New Look and W H Smith provide an excellent blend of fashion and household goods. There is also a public house and a nightclub within the Centre and in addition, the property includes 9 shops, which directly front Fleet Road.
