Human Resources for Shopping Centres

Our people are the most important asset we have. From the mall floor up, everyone plays their part in making each Centre a success and to that end we take care to make sure our staff are happy.

All the Centre Management staff are employed by Plus Shops Retail and where appropriate, we take cleaners, security and maintenance in-house too. This helps to engender a sense of pride and identity with the Centre and employer which we believe ultimately delivers a better service to the tenants and customers.

Plus Shops Retail has many years of experience in dealing with HR matters and our knowledge on TUPE has been invaluable when taking over existing centre management teams.
