Treasure, Triathlon & Take That

Emma takes the plunge...
Emma Lawson is the first Plus Shopper to have enough stamina to
compete in the Jones Lang LaSalle Property Triathlon in what was an
action packed week. The week included an evening running around
Mayfair for the annual Forsters Treasure hunt in aid of the charity
Centre Point, the triathlon and a trip to Wembley to be entertained
by the Take That boys plus good ol' Robbie.
Emma waved the Plus Shops flag amongst her 130 female competitors
to complete her first triathlon in 1 hour and 38 minutes, a
commendable time for her first event, slap bang in the middle of
the pack and gleefully ahead of fellow male work colleague from
another firm! Unfortunately for Emma when Stephen offered her
a fast bike to use she thought it would at least have a motor on
it!
The Triathlon will definitely be a future fixture in Emma's active
sporting calendar, however, not quite as active as fellow
competitor Helen Jenkins, the GB World Champions calendar but then
again Helen doesn't asset manage shopping centres on a daily
basis!
