The Pavilions Shopping Centre is located in Waltham Cross Town Centre which is in the County of Hertfordshire in the Borough of Broxbourne.

Approximately 15 miles from Central London, 3 miles north of Enfield and 5 miles south of Hertfordshire. It provides 160,000 sq ft of retail space which is anchored by J Sainsburys, New Look, W H Smith, Argos, Boots.

The Pavilions Shopping Centre is a single storey town shopping scheme constructed in 1972 with further refurbishments added in 2000 and 2004, which included enhancement of both centre entrances. The Centre provides approximately 58 retail units, 28 externally fronting the pedestrianised High Street. The centre also has the benefit of a integral multi-storey car park with approximately 362 spaces arranged over 5 levels and has been presented with the Safe Car Park Award.

Additionally there are two blocks of connecting offices approximately 13,600 sq ft
