Senior Security Supervisor
The Ridings Shopping Centre requires a reliable and experienced individual who can lead a security team of patrol officers and control room staff.

You will need to demonstrate initiative whilst man managing and motivating a team of 14 officers with different skill sets and responsibility levels. Previous experience is essential and you will require a current SIA licence. The role requires a degree of flexibility due to shift patterns of the teams.

The position is an integral link within the communication and management of the security function at the centre and therefore is essential to have excellent communication skills. The role requires a dependable and disciplined individual who is able to make fair and sound judgements to protect those that work and visit the Centre. Previous experience working within a retail environment would be beneficial.

Management skills will be required to organise, train and lead two teams of security staff. The closing deadline for this position is April 30 2010.

Salary will be discussed at interview.
